After a training in pure mathematics and bioinformatics, my main research interests are in algorithmics, combinatorial optimization, constraint programming and graph theory, and their applications to bioinformatics. Since september 2006 I am a postdoctoral fellow at CENTRIA, where I work on RNA and protein structure prediction. Aside of my scientific work, I exhibit and lecture as a media artist.
